Designed by young people, for young people. The Your Way app links young people with local services, self-help resources; including apps, podcasts, blogs and videos and helps you create and plan your own wellbeing and resilience action plan.

Young people can contribute to the content of the app by providing feedback, making content suggestions or becoming a guest blogger for Your Way.

Need Immediate help? Although Your Way is not a crisis service the app provides contact details for several crisis services so anyone can easily and quickly access help.
